I recently got a Professional Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics with honors. When I was old enough to use a computer I started building websites with easy builders. Eventually I started importing my own code and started creating websites from scratch. It was my way of enjoyment, enjoying to code.
Now I still love to do it and learned a lot about myself while doing it. I have the privilege that I learn new code/languages very fast and that is also a reason why I like to learn. Other positive points about me is that I'm very focused and very motivated towards project and team spirit.
I'm currently developing Web applications at iCapps.
I prefer to work Agile with the Scrum methodology.
I daily use GIT, Jenkins and Jira to track, build and control my development.
Android did not feel right for me, I couldn't find my drive for it. Since iCapps believed in me I changed within the company. I'm very happy that I changed and it is hard for me to let go of my work.
I started after my internship as a real Android developer for iCapps. iCapps is a business in the centrum of Antwerp right next to the Schelde.
This intership was at iCapps a Web and Mobile Development company. Here I created an Android application to make workers with a sitting job move arround.
I followed applied informatics at AP in Antwerp. Here got my bachelor's degree with honors. I learned a lot of coding languages here: Java, C#, Html, JS, CSS, Python, Ruby, Android and Swift. We only saw these languages breefly.
